‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ review: Filmmaker Naveen Yerneni calls Pawan Kalyan starrer, ‘a huge blockbuster’ ahead of Ugadi release

Pawan Kaylan’s next outing, ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ is hitting the silver screen soon. Directed by Harish Shankar, it is a cop action drama that is highly awaited by fans. Ahead of the film’s release, it is set to feature multiple benefit shows. Additionally, some got the opportunity to watch the film, even before it.

Producer shares strong words

As per a report by 123Telugu, filmmaker Naveen Yerneni has already watched the final version of the movie. He shared his thoughts at an event. He said, “I watched the film yesterday. It’s going to be a huge blockbuster. You can walk into the film with huge expectations, and the movie will still deliver. Ustaad Bhagat Singh is a tribute to Pawan Kalyan garu by Harish.”

Speaking more about the film, the trailer shows Pawan Kalyan as Bhagat Singh. He plays a strong and honest police officer. His character is brave and fights against injustice. Many scenes show him beating goons and standing up for the people. The movie is also to have a comical theme, making it a family entertainer.

‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ is coming to theatres on March 19, 2026. The date matches the Ugadi festival. Earlier, the film was planned for March 26. But the team decided to release it one week early. Fans are now waiting to celebrate both the festival and the movie together.

Cast of ‘Ustaad Bhagat Singh’ The film is directed by Harish Shankar who reunites with the Power Star after the success of ‘Gabbar Singh’. Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna are playing the female leads. It also features Ashutosh Rana, Nawab Shah, BS Avinash, R Parthiban, Gautami and Chammak Chandra in important roles.
